Quoted from pinballaddicted:I think Stern may be picking up more customers than they are loosing. The Army is growing, not shrinking.
My sentiment exactly. I could maybe compare it to Casino's. Loosing loyal customers maybe but attracting new blood With deep pockets using rock bands and blockbusters movies and series themes. Look at all the licenses they have in slots machines : walking dead, james bond, game of thrones just to mention a few. To get new people's money they need to speak their language. Poker tables, lucky 7 slots don't attract new people. Flashing lights, official callouts and a lot of bling do.
Look at Vegas....every one in the 20 or 30 they want to stay on the strip not old boring freemont (old vegas). Personaly I love old vegas.
Just my opinion but even where I work they are happy with loosing 30 years old loyal customers who call customer service too often to complain. They prefer new customers who don't care and buy more. Cost less and sell more.
Look at the Banks also.....even if I have been loyal with them for 40 years they don't care but they will roll the red carpet for a new customer coming with no history but $200 000 to invest.
My 2 cents
