I'd go for a Bluetooth landline adapter. If you want the most use, that would be it. You can dial out on it and receive calls on it. My cell provider gave me a free line, so next phone upgrade that's what i plan on doing. Just setting up a white list on the phone, so I can only receive calls from a couple of people and not be bothered by telemarketers or other calls.
