Stars is the best game out of the three. Flash is the 2nd most fun but much more of a chore to repair than Stars or Silverball mania. I would start with Silverball mania. Fix it, play for a while and then sell it while making a couple of hundo. Then you can get a more expensive game without really spending much more money.
