I pretty much 100% stream now (subscription and rentals) which is super convenient, but I do miss the bonus features. Adding in the features would be a good way for a streaming service to differentiate themselves. I know you sometimes get "extras" with rentals/purchases but you never see audio commentaries on streaming, for instance.

This thread is taking me back to the pre-smartphone DAP heyday. Anyone remember this monster?

This is a good article on the remaining market for DAPs. Check the comment section for lots of ZUNE diehards if you can believe it.

Can't imagine not using Spotify anymore, it takes away all the work of acquiring, managing, transferring music on top of providing access to almost anything for what used to be the cost of a single CD a month. The value/effort proposition is astounding.

Where are all the Pono fans at?

Seems like the physical media market (Blu-Ray) has shrunk back to Laserdisc size, basically for the 5% with super high end AV systems. Most people are watching on their phones/tablets/medium sized TVs and can't see or hear any difference enough to spend way more for it.
