Parts needed:
1 15pin .156 connector housing
15 .156 trifurcon pins for 18-20AWG (you will have a few left over)
1 .156 key
Tools needed:
wire cutters
wire strippers
crimpers
time.
Connectors can come in 2 versions, pass through like the one you have, and terminus for the end of the line. You can buy a replacement pass through and use it even if it's an end cable. The main difference is the strain relief cover as end of line covers have an edge that covers the end of the wires.
I’ve pinned a few connectors, but usually a single wire for one pin.

Cut, strip, twist and crimp. When you pull the wire out of the previous housing the insulation will be cut. That is the place to cut the wire
