Turned the machine on an no power to playfield or DMD. Board LED's are lit. Lights in Backglass are on. Where to start?

Turned the machine on this morning and all was good. Played a few games. turned it off, let it sit for a minute and then turned in back on. Back to no playfield lights and no DMD. Only the backbox lights, Board LED's, and one under playfield LED are on. Checked fuses and all are good.
CPU LED's:
top (201) = on
middle (203) = off
bottom (202) = on.
