Turned the machine on an no power to playfield or DMD. Board LED's are lit. Lights in Backglass are on. Where to start?

Check all the fuses (there's usually a list inside the cabinet or in the manual). Game off, DMM in diode/continuity mode. A visual inspection is not sufficient and contrary to pinball myth you can check the fuses without removing them.

What makes you think there's no power? If there are lights on the board , there's power. Perhaps the CPU just isn't booting? That wouldn't be a "no power" issue.

Anyways, check the fuses is a great generic start. Unfortunately with nothing more than this for details, unlikely to get good advice. The CPU board has 3 LEDs. What are they doing?

Turned the machine on this morning and all was good. Played a few games. turned it off, let it sit for a minute and then turned in back on. Back to no playfield lights and no DMD. Only the backbox lights, Board LED's, and one under playfield LED are on. Checked fuses and all are good.

CPU LED's:
top (201) = on
middle (203) = off
bottom (202) = on.

The top LED (D19) indicates the status of the blanking circuit and should come on immediately when the CPU is powered up and then go off after about 3 seconds, and stay off The middle LED (D20) should start flashing when D19 goes out and indicates the CPU is running. The bottom LED (D21) should be on all of the time and indicates that 5 volts is present.

So the blanking circuit is intermittently not coming up, which prevents the CPU from booting. Check below the battery holder for corrosion on the board and make sure that 5 volts and 12 volts are getting to the board. You will need to test the latter when the board is not coming up.

I would also reseat all the ribbon cables and any chips that are in sockets.
