I actually did this when I had my Congo. I mounted the ape figure right above his targets above the mystery scoop in the center of the playfield. I am not one for action figures on playfields and alt. translites, but it looked really good in this case. I took it off when I sold the game and I still have the figure if someone wants to try it. This was the figure I used. You can pose him to look just like the picture on the playfield too...
