In regards to the Hobbit LE to Smaug Gold Switch, all customers who ordered directly from JJP should have received an updated invoice reflecting the change at this point. If you have not, please email me at [email protected]. This has been fairly straight forward.
As far as customers who have ordered through a JJP Distributor, this is where things become a bit confusing. The ONLY way a Hobbit LE can be converted to a Smaug Gold is if $4000 has been received for that specific game from the distributor to Jersey Jack Pinball. To avoid an indirect customer of JJP assuming they have a Smaug Gold on order, I will ask all INDIRECT customers (customers who ordered through a distributor) who believe they have changed to a Smaug Gold to email [email protected] to receive an official confirmation of this.

I don’t have a Pinside Acct, but perhaps if one of you could also post this there incase there are people not on the Google Group.
