Completed a playfield swap using CPR play field for Bally Star Trek. Rebuilt pop bumpers and flippers; cleaned and polished all parts. About 50 hours of work, much time to clean and polish all metal parts.

See the movie for the before and after work:

You did a beautiful job with the swap and a nice job with the vid but I have a suggestion. Take out about 40% of the slow zoom in's and out's and replace with 10 frame disolves. It feels like your constantly being pulled in and out watching the vid, you need to break that feeling up. Just a friendly suggestion. I produced videos for 30 years.

Mustang Paul, your right. I've done a lot of videos and that Burns effect is too much. Just was lazy! thanks for the reminder.

I could tell from the quality of the vid you knew what you were doing, it's really slick. That last song sounded really good, maybe you could swap it with one of the other songs so we could hear more of it. Keep up the great game and vid. work.

I use to be pretty proficient with Final Cut Pro. This was just iMovie.

Wow! I've never played this game so 30 seconds of the game in action would of been cool to end the video in but yeah....Wow!

Oh yeah I loved FCP but then about 5 years ago my Mac took a dump, HD finally really took off and I just couldn't justify dumping another $80-100k into new equipment so I closed the business. Had a hell of a time and made some good money in those 30 years though. Want to buy a couple of Sony DVCAM, 3-1/2 chip camcorders with big lens?

Nice job! Bet it's a lot more fun to play now.

I have the same playfield, have not done the swap yet. I also bought the new plastics. I intend on replacing so many other parts... I am wonder if I even needed the crappy pinball project machine to start with.

Pinball project #9 or 10 on my list.

Awesome job Stan! I picked up a Bally Star Trek today. Solid machine. Backglass is very nice, but needs a new playfield (ordered) and a cabinet re-paint.
