I'm trying to figure out what happened. My cabinet is sanded to 120 grit, primed with kilz, odorless original oil based primer.
Then sanded to 220 grit, fully tack clothed and sprayed with latex interior paint. I was just removing some tape and portions are coming off to bare wood.
I'm trying to figure out what happened, and how to go forward with this mess.

The odorless is a bad choice unfortunately because the less toxic the less bite and adhesion you can expect.
Latex is also not ideal over it if the solvents have not fully evaporated it will smother them and create these types of issues.
Oil on oil is good if sticking with these types of paints.
I would sand it back down.
Apply regular Kiltz let that set a few days.
Sand that then apply another oil based paint for color.
Look into PPG Breakthrough paint. Super durable latex, sticks to almost anything, and u can spray thru hvlp gun

Are you sure about that? You can probably buy oil base in quarts that is defined as for metal or industrial use, but can be used on wood too. I’d look and see - as I’m pretty sure that rustoleum is one off the top of my head, though I’m unsure if they have a base that is able to be tinted. Lowe’s/Home Depot maybe check there first.

Did you go over it with a tact-rag after sanding? The oder-less oil primer never seem.to do what they are intended to do very well. Try on a sample piece first. You can try thinning the killz down a little or try a alcohol based primer.
