As nice as it looks, the price, to me was
But good luck with the project!

Ask and you shall receive - Brad is one of the most responsive guys I know. Here's a quick video of Dead Man's Hand:

Still less expensive than an un-populated replacement playfield for a typical pinball machine!

I was going to mention that very same fact. plus, you're getting the cabinet as well.

for what it is, that price is pretty much about what I expected it to be. if scott would have added more bells and whistles (like lighting and slider/melamine sheet to drop the balls), it would have significantly increased the price due to the added complexity

I think this is a really cool project, nice to see something different!

Can you pick your # on the plaque?

Yes! We do have a couple numbers spoken for already.

Ordered! Glad to see the joint venture with VPCabs to get this to market!

Played it at Expo. Scott's artwork looks great as a wall mount and will be a fun diversion for OC Pinball meetups.

I just ordered one as well. Now I'll be able to shoot a pinball even when the power is out. Plus, it'll come with 1.0 code.

    1.1 code is DIY

congrats scott on bringing this to market. I am actually amazed at how cheap you were able to bring this in.

Custom game with quite a bit just in parts.

Thanks everyone! It's been a great project and fantastic working with VPCabs. Brad's capability and resources are fantastic and the final craftsmanship of his team's work is amazing. Much better than me making these out of my basement.

Boring. Do you get pen and paper to wright your score with it.
This have nothing to do with pinball.
Fun for kids in a toy shop for 199 bucks.
And still make 50 bucks profit.
    Sorry.

It looks great, if you like it buy one.
Its 10 times less than a bingo machine.
So i think after one evening you buy a bingo or pinball machine.

If you don't like it then don't buy it. No need to be a dick.

Really? I thought it was actually super reasonable.

I dunno what people think it costs to do limited projects like this, but ain't nothing in life free!

Sweet, looking forward to playing it since I wasn't at Expo.

Thanks Aurich. Most folks don't realize what USA manufacturing really costs. Our overhead is as tight as it can be but still very expensive when you do everything by the books. As you could imagine the margins on this are not making anyone rich lol.

I’ve looked into making a couple different products through the years and it always gets back to feasibility.

This is definitely a work of art made outta love.

Hey Scott, we hung out and played Pirates Saturday night at Expo. I just found this post and that VPCabs is making it. I think this project is really exciting and is a great deal at $800. I just need to find out if I have space to put it somewhere.

.....A bingo game? I thought bingo-games are all but dead to most people, will you have enough customers to even break even with this?

It’s pinball, pre-flipper. . I bought one. Gotta have something to play when the power is out.

That's what whole house generators are for

I saw this at Expo and it looked awesome, so I just bought one . I would like to get #8 if possible, if not no biggie. . Nice job Scott, and thanks for the cool token (I won high card with an ace ).

    #125 6 years ago

Brad, I'm thinking about ordering one. Is it recommended to stand these on apron-end leaning against a wall or to hang it from hooks in wall? Those would be very exciting features to accommodate for, especially if balls can be stored inside for all.

Hi Jeff. Thanks for your interest. These will be wall mountable for storage only(can't play it hanging up). There will be a storage bag in the back so everything tucks neatly away!!
