I actually blew the OCD GI fuse for that string when I hooked up the clips and as a result I found the OCD GI fuse is a 2 amp. I didn't have a 2 amp that matched but I had a 3 amp. That is working for now while I get 2 amps.
Putting in a 50% larger value fuse is the perfect set up for board damage:
