There are also relays that can fail or have bad connectors - one for the backbox GI and one for the Playfield. Start at the block of 5 fuses located in the head and test each one with your DMM to make sure they are good. Also to verify proper operation of the GI relays, you can run the solenoid test. You should hear each one click when it is activated in the test.
