Happy new year to everyone.

quick one as i'm sort of stuck at the moment and frustration is mouning because I can't see where the problem lies...
this is my third ColourDMD (LED), i already have one put in Twilight Zone and another in Attack from Mars.
this third time I just received my latest ColourDMD for Indiana Jones, the pinball adventure.
installation went well as usual, it's smooth.
BUT since then I just can't flash the game with the ROM.
I have tried three different USB sticks (all formated in FAT32 as asked) and with sizes varying from 1GB to 8GB to 50GB and each time I get the same diode sequence from the board: 4x "Prog" flashing lights and then "Init" stays lit and "Prog" flashs" without discontinuing for minutes, hours...and I don't remove the USB key and shut down the pinball machine.

any idea what I might be doing wrong here?!
for the record, I have tried re-downloading the Choma ROM file but same result...

the downloaded ROM has a wrong extension to it, and so the USB could find it... duh! silly me.
