If you just need a few, you might have to cut them out of Mylar sheetstock yourself.

I have not seen any for sale in quite a while.

They sell Mylar in lots of colors.

This may be what you are looking for. It's a good idea if the playfield is worn out around the pop bumper. You would have to look twice to realize what these are.
