Colordmd problem

What's going on with my display? I got and installed my led Colordmd today. When I power the game off and turn the game back on the colors return back to white. On some screens it displays colors and pixelates. I go into the menu and it still displays the correct firmware file. If I re-download the file the color will return and will work perfect. Upon power off the color then turns everything back to white. I would have asked this question direct but every time I send an email to Colordmd I get a rejection email saying that they don't accept emails from aol. Lol Thanks Jennie

Are you sure your "saved" the settings on the color dmd once you went thru and selected them, it will ask you if you want to save.
