ColorDMD out! Seeking some troubleshooting advice.

    I put a brand new Color DMD in my Star Trek premium and it was a black screen.
    I followed the suggestions on the install doc and carefully removed the ribbon cable, one end at a time, and cleaned and reseated it.

    It worked perfectly after that.

    It's delicate work on a small cable with a tiny connector. It's not hard, just really small.
