Well, it's not quite in Lakewood, but stop by our new place, Blizzard Mountain Pinball, in Conifer, when you get the chance. Open Wednesday - Sunday, 2:30pm-9:00pm. Weekends we open at 11am, and Fridays and Saturdays we close at 10pm.

Leagues and tournaments on Wednesday nights! For more details, see http://www.blizzardpinball.com/leaguestournaments.html

35 pinball games for your enjoyment!

Cool - I'll come check it out! Any good breweries / bars close by?

There are a few not too far away, though I'm the last one to judge whether they're good, since I don't drink....perhaps you could try one out and let me know!

Quoted from WackyBrakke:

It would be fun to join a league, but I don't know anything about them and how to find one that's best for me, etc......

We also host a weekly league here at Blizzard Mountain Pinball in Conifer, Colorado. We're in the middle of a season now, but you could join the next season which starts in March. Our leagues to award IFPA WPPR points. Most of the players are relatively new to pinball, and it's more of a social than a competitive environment.

Hey everyone,

One of my regulars up here at Blizzard is looking for either a Whirlwind or an Earthshaker. Does anyone have any leads on one?

You've got Both!!

I do, but he's looking for ones that are actually for sale!

Quoted from DNO:

All good, I just meant the CO "standard"
Lyons, Blizzard, and MHPL-Denver are all 5 game nights.
4 makes sense with all modern games somewhat as well.

I suspect our group would play 6 games per night if we could!

Well, something has to be average...

I consider all of my games to be above average.

I really dig TNA, but worried it'll just be an average earner.

Ironically, at Blizzard the game closest to average in earnings is America's Most Haunted....

Quoted from Sijcolo:

Someone pm me so I’m passing it along.
“Greetings from the East Coast!I was refered to your club from Kevin @ Blizzard.
I sold my Ball Park Baseball Machine to a senior residing in Loveland Co. and I am Looking to hire someone (preferably with EM experience)to pick up the machine at the truck terminal in Aurora and deliver it to Loveland Co and set it up. Plz feel free to repost or contact me via mobile text or call @ 438.558.9137 ask for Dino Thank You!”

FYI - I was contacted by Dino a few days ago. I want to help but I know nothing of setting up EM machines, and since this is apparently a nice working machine I'd hate to mess something up! If someone can help him out please get in touch with him.

I'm still considering going in that direction to support locals, but the additional taxes are significant.

I always use JJ for our NIB purchases. Yes, the taxes can be significant, but don't forget you are still responsible for remitting local sales tax even on out of state sales. I realize most people don't do this but sooner or later the government will enforce this I'm sure. I just find it easier to buy NIB from JJ and not worry about it.

Quoted from pinmister:

I would love to see that game put in one of your locations. 1up Greenwood Village? I know it is probably not feasible but I do believe it would attract a lot of patrons. I would put at least $50 into it at $1 a play, and I am sure many others would as well. GLWS-but I have a sliver of hope it could possibly be put out on location?

At $17,000 it'd probably need to be $2 a play.... maybe more with the risk of not being able to get replacement parts... I'd love to see it out too but I don't blame him in the least for selling.
