Extra zero in that price...has rotted rubbers. If that's $6200, all my games are NIB.
I've still got the High Roller Casino and DE Playboy. I'd like $1800 for the High Roller Casino and $900 for the Playboy.
The High Roller Casino is very nice, shopped, ready to go.
The DE Playboy is overall nice, but it's older. If I don't get any takers I'm going to shop it etc, but it will still be $900.
Quoted from HFK:I need to get back out to Colorado. So many fun things to do. If it wasn't for the winters I would already live there.
I've spent substantial time in both CO and FL, and the general impression is this:
Both have 300 days of sunshine
Both have 7 months of amazing weather and 5 months of weather that requires some toughing out.
It's true in FL you can wear shorts and t-shirts year round, but in the summer (May-Sep) you will tend to spend your time indoors in air conditioning, windows shut 24x7. You can go to the beach, but 88 degree water doesn't actually cool you down, neither does shade, so everyone has swimming pools in their back yard. If you do any outdoors activities in those 5 months you are going to need a shower afterwards, anything as simple as yard work, or a walk, in which case you risk a torrential downpour, so cars are used for all transportation. In those 5 months there isn't a single day's break from 90 degrees w/90% humidity. I personally didn't have a problem with it, easy enough to adapt.
In CO the cold is intermittent in the 5 month period of Nov-March, and there will be inevitably a week where the temperature is below freezing for a week, but it's just as likely see a week in January with temps 50-70 degrees. Year-round in CO plenty of people play golf, wear shorts, and ride their bikes to work. The reason is the lack of humidity and weather... any time the temp is above 32 degrees it's very tolerable and even 100 degree weather is fine as shade actually cools you down. You will feel very comfortable wearing shorts in 50 degree weather in CO, where that is not the case in FL. You have to keep a light jacket handy as the weather changes constantly.
After having gone through my first winter in many years, I now think that CO has more good weather days than FL, as defined by the number of days per year where it's possible to take a comfortable walk outside. For me, the mountains have far more interesting things to do than the beach, and ultimately both remain my top 2 states to live in.
Plus, no offense, but the nuts seem to drain down to FL and end up there for some reason. Seems like you hear more crazy stories coming out of that state than anywhere.

Now let's not get crazy here... you're comparing it to the state famous for Jonbenet Ramsey, Columbine shooting, the Batman theater shooting, or just in the past year the Arapaho High shooting, Stanley Lake lunch room suicide, and possibly the most disturbing of all, the craigslist fetus kidnapping.
Quoted from Baiter:shooting
I'm talking everyday crazy....and there are probably fetus kidnappings daily in FL.
Quoted from Baiter:you're comparing it to the state famous for Jonbenet Ramsey
whatever happened there? i read the book. the mum died some time ago.. father not guilty ?
sorry OT.. apologies.
Collector Quality Monster Bash available. Short of a HEP, you will not find a nicer example.
Game was fully restored. It has an original NOS playfield (not repro) clear coated by Ron Kruzman last year, new cabinet and art, new leg guards and legs, everything disassembled/cleaned, metal parts tumbled or new, original WMS NOS translite (not PPS), Cointaker LEDs, LEDOCD, NOS PF plastics/coffin, new bumpers/flippers, ColorDMD, new custom painted figures, PinBits headphone and subwoofer kits. Probably some other stuff I'm forgetting. Also have various spare parts and plastics I could add too (and a very cool custom topper with all of the Universal Monster figures).
My lineup plans have changed since I commissioned the restoration.
About two dozen plays on it since I set it up a couple weeks ago.
PM if interested.
Quoted from Caucasian2Step:Looking to trade my creech.
Will post pics in a bit.

Let us know what you get for your Creech! I've got one and I am curious!
Cheers!
I'm just bored with it and there are other games I'd like to play. I'd really like to trade it for a Ripley's, maybe a few other titles.
Wtb: junk play fields. The more damaged the better. Or basically any completely junk pins. I thought I had more stuff laying around but I am almost completely out.
Was there someone in here looking to buy a Whitewater awhile back? I might know someone with a good one for sale soon.
Quoted from bemmett:Was there someone in here looking to buy a Whitewater awhile back? I might know someone with a good one for sale soon.
Allibaster is looking for one.
Should we start a separate thread for FS/FT and WTB for the Rocky Mountain showdown next month? Not sure it would be a whole lot different than this thread but might catch some people with things for sale outside of CO that are attending the show. I am in buy mode right now after selling a ton off, but can't find $hi& for sale right now that I want.

I think that's a good idea.
Quoted from Wickerman2:Any CO people that do playfield restores? Like removing mylar, clearcoating etc.?
I do full restores including playfields.
I've seen Tim's work. It is amazing what he can do. He's got an artists eye and amazing tech skills. I can't wait to find a trashed pin so I can get Tim to restore it. Big bump man!
Quoted from jar155:I used to really like the Google Doc spreadsheet that listed what people were either bringing or looking to buy at RMPS. I found my RFM that way!
Here ya go:

I'll be there for a couple of the days for sure. Looking really forward to it and work about a 10 minute walk away!
I need a game or two too (I'm pretty open, will prob be looking for players early 80s/Sys11).
I've had zero for a while.

Quoted from Gexchange:I'm Working on our Showdown List right now. Hope To Bring Around 15-20 Pins and then 10 Videos
JJ any word if you or anyone else might have a KISS? How about WWE?

Thanks for the compliment Jayhawker1! Thanks for all the interest and PMs guys. I honestly wasn't fishing for work as my plate is full right now between work, family, my own pins and my JP gate mod (not to mention trying to find some time to actually play pinball. As soon as I get a chance I'll answer PMs. If I can help anyone out I will try my best.
If you guys get a chance and haven't already seen it go check out what's been taking most of my time lately. https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/another-jp-gate-mod
It's getting close to completion with the new version and a couple of surprises coming soon.
Quoted from Caucasian2Step:Outcida,
Do you have samples/iages you can share with us?
I have lots of pictures on my PC. I'll have to load them to photobucket so you can check em out.
Quoted from Aladdin:Looks like a Comet is for sale in good condition and only "lower" pf wear.

That game as seen lots of love!
There's an NBA Fastbreak at a moving sale today ends at Noon.
Has some errors on startup, couple dents in siderails like head got dropped..no ball in backbox animation. They are trying to get $1800, but may take $1500 if it's there at the end.
thanks Wickerman. I was considering checking it out this morning but decided to pass. I seem to have a bias against these sports-themed games that end up being stuck in time.

Hope to have both at the show. No promises but I'm pushing hard for a couple of kiss pros for the show
FWIW, I'm making a road trip to the Chicago area first week of June to pick up a few machines, and have some room in my truck. Going there, I have a full load (bringing a car) but coming back, somewhere around June 8.
Just putting it out there.

Apparently didn't sell...it's up on CL for $1200. Pretty good deal for somebody that really wants an NBA. Probably worth it in parts alone.
I was ready to buy for $1000 and they wanted to wait until the end of moving sale, said they had a $1500 offer at least.
Now that it's less than 2 week awhile, anyone bringing pins to sell at the Pinball Showdown including any that won't be on the free game floor at the show? Personally I'd love to find a decent or better shape classic early 80's solid state pin.
Quoted from dave635:Looking for a Simpson's Pinball Party if anyone knows of one for sale. Thanks!
The one that I maintain at Press Play in Boulder is for sale. It belongs to Karen, of Pinball Jones fame. fortcollins.craigslist.org link
It's in good shape and plays 100%. Come take a look: 4pm-2am weekdays, and noon-2am weekends.
I will have a good Mata Hari for sale, it will be for free play. Prolly put $900 tag on it to start. Pretty nice game. Alltek mpu.
I will have a Quick Draw (2-plyr), it will be used in the EM tournament. $750 tag (bg flaked in red area, pf planked some)
Williams Grand Prix, free play area, nice playfield, a little flaking in ball in play #3 and4, $750 tag
Also taking a Walking Dead for tournament use
Does anyone here know anyone that is bringing a Jurassic Park to the Showdown? I'd appreciate it if you could have them reach out to me. I'd like to be able to display/test my new functional gate mod at the show. I'd be willing to give that person a free gate mod ($250 value) for their efforts. I'd bring my own machine but it's in the middle of a restore.
Thanks,
Tim
