Selling some. Do NOT PM me, call/text 720-386-1606:

-Data East Playboy. Fully working, needs a shop, great condition for it's age. $1,000

-Stern High Roller Casino. Excellent condition, shopped, lots of new parts. $2,000

#652 4 years ago
Quoted from jalpert:

-Wizard Of Oz 75th Anniversary: Manufactured in November so it has all the updates and upgrades you would expect. Fully working and perfect condition. With shaker and invisiglass. Comes with a couple mods not installed.

Very glad my wife and daughter don't read Pinside or I'd be figuring out a way to make this fit in the game room right about now ...

Anyone go look at that JM in Greeley on Craigslist? Sounds way over priced and sounds like he has a GI issue on the driver board. I emailed and asked for more pics of the pf and he never sent them to me. Asked if he was flexible on price and he did the classic "these are going for $3500 on Ebay" line. cab looks good though. Curious if any of you went up for a looksy.

If you are willing to drive a bit I've got a JM I'd part with.

I got some pics of the JM in Greeley. Take a look at the pics. What's your diagnosis?

did you look at the boards at all? looks like burned GI connectors.

Hey guys, I am in great need for a Ripley’s RBION. I would prefer HUO or one that is in very good condition. I don't mind paying up a bit for one that is in pristine shape. PM if you have one local that you would like to sale. Thanks.

Can not see much accept that it needs a new plasma Dot Matrix Display . Russell if you took those photos your self in person than the machine may just need the new DMD display and GI fuses or 44/47 bulb replacements .If you are lucky. If not. There could be a short anywhere from the board to under the playfield and may be hard to find. But if you requested those photo's from the seller I would be let down.

I like this CL ad for a Rack-A-Ball. "fully restored to its 1962' glory!"

Except that the cabinet is stained red!! Fully restored!?! What??? Has to be a joke post

#665 4 years ago

Those pics were just requested from seller. I'm going to pass, but hopefully someone can buy it right and fix it.

#666 4 years ago

I agree that JM has some issues. No GI is never a good sign.

#667 4 years ago

1963 Sweet Hearts
1965 Sky Line
1976 New York (SOLD)

Does anyone know what the deal is with that Flintstones machine in Parker on Craigslist? It's been up there for a really long time (maybe a year?). The person claims it's in great shape and seems to be priced about right, I just wondered if there was more to the story.

It seems to come up listed for awhile, go away and then come back. Wish I had room as I really like the FS gameplay, art, etc. even though it's based on the movie and not the cartoon.

Anyone checked out the Addams Family at $5000.00? The mansion photo of the playfield looks as if it is a bit rough.

Not in person . But the photos show really bad insert damage. I would not buy it period . $5,000.00 is a joke. And I am not laughing .

I've wondered about that Flinstones too. That and the Champion Pub are always in CL.

I took a flyer on that JM in Greeley. The owner hadn't opened the backbox in 8 years of owning it. No key to it either, but we were able to hand loosen the lock. Miraculously, no battery damage. I talked him down considerably with the bad DMD and no GI. So I get it home and get ready to troubleshoot the GI being out. Can you imagine my surprise that every bulb was just burnt out? Wasn't a total steal though as it needed new DMD and DMD board repair. But pf and cabinet were in great shape. Been shopping it all week. Overall very happy with it!

Anybody interested in a brand new Red Tremor shaker motor from Cointaker? Got one for my MET pro led but decided against putting it in, would rather have the color DMD. $135.00 is 10% off of Cointakers price and no shipping charges. PM me if interested. Thanks!

I pulled Dracula and Iron Man from 1up Colfax and replaced them with WOZ LE and White Water.

#680 4 years ago

I put a lot of quarters into that IM. Sorry to hear she's gone. But sounds like she went to a good home if you sold!

A WH20 on location is very rare. Pretty exciting news for 1Up fans.

#681 4 years ago

Yeah cant wait to play that WH20, bummed when they took the one out of Pinball Jones in foco awhile back. Congrats on the fast sales

I had it in my mind that they perform below average on location, but I hope I'm wrong, because I'd love to add one in at Press Play some day.

Gottlieb big shot, needs work $250?
Gottlieb roller coaster, plays great! $500?
Gottlieb king pin, great original condition, plays great $700?
Chicago coin juke box, plays great, needs back glass, there is one there but it's cracked. $400?

I'm not sure if my prices are too high or will work fine. I just want to move these games to make room for something new. Ideally trades would work

I need to get back out to Colorado. So many fun things to do. If it wasn't for the winters I would already live there.

#692 4 years ago

Still Looking for a South Park or BOP. Might be willing to Part with my Batman Forever for one.

Yes, the winters are unbearable here. 150 inches of snow a year and you don't see the suns for 6 months. Do NOT move here.

And we have to walk 10 miles uphill, both ways, through the snow to get to the local pinball places.

The winters are very mild. The temperature is tolerable but having the grass and trees dormant for 6 months a year is trying.

says the guy in Denver . live up in slummit county for 7 years and come back to me!

I just have a really hard time with cold. That is the main reason I moved out of Cleveland years ago, that and just not really caring for the city anymore.

I was out there last 4th of July and there were so many things I wanted to see and do I wished I had taken a month or two. I was planning to go back in August but just had to buy a new car so I'll probably wait until next year to go back.

I check the Weather Channel app every day and in Denver it didn't seem like too bad a winter but the temp swings were pretty big some days. Visited a guy who lives on the side of a mountain pretty far north of Denver and once the sun went down damn did it get cold and that was in July. I just hate the thought of snow and ice and the cold just isn't good for me. I still think about moving there almost everyday though so it might happen sometime in the next few years.

#700 4 years ago

I moved to northern CO from Chicago a year ago. OK, OK, the ground is covered with snow right now, but it doesn't last, and the dry climate eats up any moisture that might be laying around.

Things I miss about Chicago:

The food.
the endless supply of coin op machines.

That's it. CO offers so many more plusses, there's no comparison. Taxes here are 1/6th of what I had back there. Never turn back.
