Totally worth it. They look fantastic... in most games. I didn't care for it in Tron, so I went blue DMD instead. I'm still waiting to come back in stock to toss one in my RCT now that it has been done.

    Quoted from Rarehero:

Tron looked a little dull with LCD and I missed the vividness of the old orange DMD, but I tried the LED ColorDMD and holy moly what a difference. It gives you that bright "Tron" look like a classic DMD, but full color. I did have to move the brightness up a few notches to get it to look killer. Consider trying it - it's awesome!

I've only seen one of the new LED version (in a CV), and I didn't like it. My eyes are a bitn sensitive and it just looked out of focus to me. The combination of the colors is very difficult for me to focus on. Whereas the LCD version looks fantastic.
