It really is all about personal preference, for STTNG I highly recommend the LCD though, it looks great is HiRes mode and although I don't have either of the other two I think they would be better in LCD than LED based on the type of graphics and animations they have. CFTBL may be better served with a LED though if you want more vibrant greens and to keep some of the nostalgic look. Can't go wrong either way.

Could still be a hint for Bumblebee in TF though, right?
