I had a shipping issue, colordmd resolved immediately, great customer service. Use gmail (gmail.google.com) AOL still sucks.

It's just terrible in general, the company still exists for who knows what reason. Their web interface is outdated and causes performance issues with scrolling for some people. It may work, it's just not modern. And I bet $1,000 they save your password in plain text on their servers.

Email deliver-ability to/from AOL is problematic a lot of the time because of rampant abuse, both from and to AOL email addresses.
