Point taken....I just added the 555 version of the F-14 kit on the website. So now a customer can choose which version they have.

As always, we appreciate your feedback and try to always correct our errors. As I've said before it is very hard to do these kits and have them 100% as people have changed sockets throughout the years and manufacturer's have made changes that are not listed in the manuals. I take pride in our products and stand behind them 100%. We do make errors...we are human.....

I try to make every customer a happy customer and treat them the same way I want to be treated as a customer.

I did infact send a return label for the incorrect bulbs to this customer. He had no out of pocket costs.

in response to inhomearcades...if you have your leds that keep popping out...call me...570-847-9595...I will indeed swap these out for you...we have remolded our bases quite some time ago...if you purchased some of our first bases we did have issues (it's no secret)....I really want every customer to be happy with our product.
