I live on a small Island far from all the trouble. Tanegashima it's called.
My bar survives mostly on guests working at japan's space center which is located in my back yard.
Japan was supposed to launch 4 rockets this year and do their first commercial launch ever. A Korean satellite.
Shortage of parts, damage to facilities in Tokyo and lack of power up there has put this winters launches in jeopardy. We will have 2 launches soon, but after that no body knows.
Japan's politics is as divided as America's and constructive solutions are in short supply.
Fortunately, it looks like the plans to move part of the U.S military base from Okinawa up to a small neighbor island, Makejima is going to happen. Good for my business and maybe i'll get to meet some real pinheads.
Meanwhile tv has gone back to daytime soaps and shows while possible millions of people still suffers and are getting quietly exposed to radiation.

I bought a super bright kit for my fish tales, and after some trouble with delivery, configuration and actual numbers of LED's in my pin things finally looks like they will be working out.

this is not bashing, i'm simply telling what went down. i was in fact worried about getting a bad reaction to my post here, i just feel that it was needed to be said.
