I've had a few LED's go bad or just not work perfectly from CT but they are by far the best in the biz IMO, CHris and Melissa are super nice and very accomodating if you do have any issues at all.

No product is perfect but their customer service and willingness to help out is as close to perfect as can be for sure. I deal strictly with them for all LED needs as well as some other random lighting things (flipper buttons etc..) and I've always been happy, sure I've had a few that haven't been perfect but they are few and far between for the most part.

Also I have noticed if you order the pre-arranged kits (I tend to put my own together now, just ordering accordingly for what I want) the kits tend to come with extra bulbs usually so if you have one that doesn't work there's usually a few extras in there...

I have nothing but good things to say about CT and their products and customer service but again my opinion and I agree nothing is perfect, however they are as close as possible.
