If the people that were involved in the actual physical process of getting the pin from point A to point B, on the truck and off the truck treated the merchandise like it belonged to THEM, we would never see these cases of damage to pins.

But as the most recent FedEx delivery driver video showing a guy chucking a lcd monitor over a gated fence proves, there are ALOT of bad people out there that don't give a damn about how they treat other people's merchandise. They probably figure "it's not mine, I don't have to care about it", which is a real shitty way of doing your job.
