yeah it used to be included supposedly (someone screwed the pooch and either didnt put it on the shipment or was just saying it was insured but it really wasnt) but now they changed their terms on their website and do charge an extra $25 for the insurance.

hope steve gets taken care of on this

too bad someone cant make one of those hard protected cases for each brand pin when they need to be shipped and sell them on a return basis core charge.
