Just wanted to figure out why my coin shut returns the coins? I know the coin counter works as I touch the little wire and it adds coins so its just the chute.

    What game ?

Does it have a "coin lock-out" coil on the door that is inoperable?

Could be the coin mech itself also ...

What game? If it’s an early solid state Williams, it has a small coil that triggers a wire rod at each coin mech to open, allowing coins to travel through and trip the credit switch.

    Is the machine level?

    Are the coin chutes clean?

    What machine is it?
