Has anyone done any mods to their 5C coin mech to make it
a bit more forgiving for different styles of coins?
I am using Canadian nickles and I am getting about 50% rejection.
I happen to have a stash of 40's and 50's nickles witch I thought
    would be neat to use!
    I don't want to modify my Bikini with a micro switch or the like;
I would like to keep it like orig.

It seems to reject at random!
It may reject(coin) it once and then accept it!
They coins are not getting stuck. They either fall through to the return
    or work.
I have yet to find a coin that is always rejected!!!

Keeping in mind that this is a 1961 EM bingo.
Here is a couple of pics of the under side of the mech.
It is hard to get a picture without glare!
I have tried to find a common denominator with the rejected
    coins with the mech removed.
I do not see any electrical stuff except for a coil, which I believe
stops the pin from adding a replay with a coin when there is games
    remaining.

    Thank you for the input.
I loosened the screw, at the top of my mech, the first pic, I am not sure what
it does or doesn't do but it/the mech is accepting about 80 - 90 % of coins.
I actually removed the screw, but the "thing" that it attaches to seems to rock in
place, anyway, I tightened it back up.
