I also have these wires that are unattached if anyone can help that has the game? Some might be normal, but I’m not 100%.

You can see the coin mech wiring in the pics I provided. I have two coin mechs both are wired to activate the 3rd Coin Chute Relay (both middle lugs on the mechs are white/red. The red/white wire you are missing is the wire that connects the two mechs (it connects the back lug of one mech to the front lug of the other mech). My mechs work. The issue I was having was the machine not adding credits - which was fixed separately.
Hope this helps.
You should note that for at least some Ballys the coin door wiring can vary from machine to machine. The coin door wiring in your schematic may not match what you actually have, because it will depend on the history of that machine and what the desires were for the layout of the coin acceptors. In fact, sometimes Bally would publish a separate set of schematic drawings just for the coin chutes, I have one of those for Bally Monte Carlo which shows 5 different coin door schematics.
These are:
Type #1: 3 chutes (1 coin 1 play, 1 coin 1 play or 4 or 5 credits, 1 coin 10 or 12 credits)
Type #2: 3 chutes (1 coin 1 play, 1 coin 2 or 4 credits, 1 coin 5 or 10 credits)
Type #3: 3 chutes (1 coin 1 play, 1 coin 2, 4, or 5 credits, 1 coin 10 or 12 credits)
Type #4: 3 chutes (1, 2, or 3 coins for 1 play, 1 coin 1 play or 4 or 5 credits, 1 coin 10 or 12 credits)
Type #5: 2 chutes (1 coin 2 credits, 1 coin 2 credits)
The wiring in the coin door is different for all of these different options. So the problem is, you can't always go by the pics and layouts of someone else's machine. Also, when I went through the Bon Voyage coin door wiring it didn't match ANY of those 5 above, and also, it definitely did not match the Bon Voyage schematic. So in the end, I had to just carefully organize all the wires and go through it all myself, and figure out how it was wired and redraw it. You can see more details here in this post #21 in my thread:
The clipped off wires you see are normal, they are pretty common and I have a bunch in my machines. The logical reason is that they used a standardized wiring harness and some machines didn't use some of the wires depending on their configuration, so they just cut them off.
