    When replacing a WMS/Bally coin door switch assembly, I assume it's necessary to solder a bridge across each of the switch tabs, as shown on the original switch (at left), although my replacement switch assemblies did not come with a bridge. Is that correct?

    Easier than adding the black wire to each one individually.

    Yes. The wire provides ground to all of the switches.
