What would cause all four coin door service/function buttons to not work on my TOTAN?

I've also been dealing with other switch issues which looks like it's associated with a switch row at connector J205-8, which I cannot seem to be able to fix either. I would like solutions to this too.

All fuses seem to be fine. I pulled them with visual inspection and continuity testing.

All four switches not working, look at the ground wire for them. Other switch issue is a seperate issue. Unless you have a corrosion issue on MPU.

Second the vote on corrosion on mpu. Seems to effect door diagnostic switches first a lot of the time.

Have you determined that the problem is on the board and not in the wiring from the switches to the board?

How do I check out the ground wire for the coin door switches?

The coin door switches are called direct switches.
Check this out. It's everything you'll need.

Is this the same board you are working on ?

Did you already replace ic's ?
Is coindoorinterfaceboard connected ?

Okay, I finally got some time to consider the advice and found that the coin door had two loose wires.

Once I soldered the two wire back on the connectors, three of the coin door buttons were working again, but the forward button was still out, corresponding to the D7 switch row. The entire row is still out, which was a problem that was recently fixed via a CPU board chip replacement, but has now come back.

The "Up" button is a dedicated switch and really isn't part of the row #7 in the switch matrix. Have you tested the switch itself? Have you verified continuity between that switch and pin J205-8 on your CPU board?
This will determine if the issue is on the board or is in the switch or the wiring.
Have you read through the dedicated switch guide that Chris mentioned earlier in this thread?

Yes, this is the same board.

I'm sure you've checked this, but make sure to check the connector to the coin door board. I've had a few coin doors that the connector had pin issues and wouldn't make good contact at the coin interface board. Kinda out there but easy to check and overlook. Top left in picture from my TOTAN:
