Anyone have a good way to clean up all the cruddy coin door parts? Most of them are crappy and Im going to be doing a restore soon and wanted to clean up the coin door on the inside. Not trying to chrome them or anything, just make them uniformly clean if that makes sense. I was thinking of sandblasting but afraid I would take off any protective layers. Maybe chemically etch them and spray paint? Any suggestions.........

FWIW, Bleche Wite is no longer the same and does not work well.

Purple Power cleaner/degreaser is what I use now.
