Tough to find unless you can find a used door.

You are better off either repairing the one you have or, buying a repro. You are going to be hard pressed to find that one single piece. It’s actually only used on a few System11 machines. (Taxi is another one you didn’t list.)

they were commonly used on European games of the late 80's early 90's

I recreated a few versions of this

Unfortunately due to the size it isn't the cheapest but is solid nylon - but obviously you can't powdercoat it.
