I have a alignment issue with my coin door that I can’t seem to fix..
If I don’t screw the hinge to the bezel the door fits with clearance all around (except for the hinge side). When I screw the hinge in the door just touches the bezel and won’t close.
I bended the edges of the door where possible.
I loosened up the bezel, but adjusting that won’t make a difference (makes sense since it’s connected to the door hinge)
Is there any obvious solution for this that I clearly missed?

Try shimming the bottom of the pictured area out so that it sits flush with the rest of the coin door frame. A pic of where the door rests when when closed would be helpful. Basically your door is out of square and needs adjustment.
Screenshot_20211229-024410_Samsung Internet (resized).jpgTry putting some (blue) painters tape on the edge of the door and then close it. This will show where it hits and you can then bend it a bit.
Blue painters tape is a bit better than normal white because you won't rip the paint off when you take it off.
Just a thought here but if you loosen the bolts holding the frame in while keeping it in the cabinet will the door close? If so close the door and then tighten the bolts evenly and see if that does not help the issue. If not, as Pintopia has said it may be time for a new door. Hope this is helpful
Easy fix with a hammer and a some patience. The front face was probably kicked in hard, causing the large "bow" you have. Just have to back it out in reverse. Work it on a large Anvil or find a good tinsmith.
Oh that sucks bad..
I tried finding a used or new coin door face, so far no luck.
Anybody here that can help out or knows where to find them. It’s basically a Wico or Coinco face or a suitable alternative

Thanks, but really only after the “face/front plate”.. my back end is in good nick and I won’t like to replace the whole assembly.
It’s basically a thin sheet metal pan not sure why it would be trash. Won’t ever be museum perfect but not impossible to fix. Put it on a flat surface and continue to bent it multiple directions till it lays flat. Seems more like your hinge is the issue by your photos.

I got this coin door they are really good all around
Problem solved !!
I got some help from a mate that has experience in panel beating.. basically he manhandled it and “bashed” the door back into shape. To my surprise, the paint didn’t even get damaged.
Big relief !
