I have a machine that is missing the knocker coil and assembly, I can take one from another machine that I have for the moment, the pics I have seen have an AE 26-1500 coil, the one that I can borrow is an A-26-1200, what are the drawbacks, and can any damage occur if I do so?

    It will work. Just stronger.

26 is the gauge of wire. 1500 or 1200 is number of turns. The fewer turns the stronger the coil.
