Issue: Center Pop bumper does not fire

Below is what I have tested so far. Any advice/help is appreciated.

Coil test: Coil does not fire during coil test. Coil will fire when the associate transistor is shorted to ground

Switch test: Switch does not register in test mode when you press down the pop bumper skirt or short the leaves of the switch. The other pop bumper switches registered and fired the coil when I shorted the leaves of the switch stack. There is a capacitor, resistor and diode associated with the switch stack. If any of these are bad could that cause the switch not to register?

I also tried to jumper the pins of the switch matrix at the board and got the switch to register, but I am still not sure of the specific pins that enabled that.

All that leads me to believe that it is something wrong with the switch stack not sending the signal for the pop bumper to fire. I would be interested to hear what other people think.
