That sounds like the Q19 transistor. You need to follow the path up and replace accordingly:
Q18 (smaller driver transistor)
If above doesn’t fix it then Chip IC1
Could also be the diode on the coil. Hard to check if failing when hot. If you have another driver board you can rule out/in the board or just replace the diode anyway
