I have been running the CobraPin NeoSegments in my Joust since the beginning of the year. They have been working great.
Missed hearing about these before, convenient idea!
If they were RGB it would be amazing, not much demand for such a product commercially outside of our loony hobby.
Only ones I'm aware of are 5" high and not particularly useful, but they sure are pretty:
Spent the weekend rebuilding my donor backbox, and working on the display tonight. Two rows of 16 characters each.
Looks great @thatonedude!
@swinks, I just got a shipment of NeoSeg displays and am almost through testing all of them. Once I finish delivery of the Kickstarter rewards I will open sales on pinside. That should be by the week after next.

Awesome, I'd love to pick up a 2-digit display for my playfield timer, i.e. TNA.

If anyone wants inspiration for ways you could use awesome displays like this there are some great examples in this thread:

I've owned Medusa for a few years and it's one of my favorites. The rumor is that Bally ordered too many 6-digit displays and had to figure out a way to incorporate them. My homebrew playfield is pretty packed, so any display will likely go in the apron, or possibly as a separate frame on the playfield.
