On Doc Oc, see if it's a clean eject... Had the ramp misaligned after reassembly once and it slowed the ball so it wouldn't make the arch...

Flipper buzz unfortunately normal. Had/have the same thing. Searched it on Pinside. Lots of great advice. Sounds like it's the metal on metal vibration which can be lived with or there were a couple tricks to reduce/minimize the buzz.

Sounds like the protector is vibrating between the ball and the magnet?

Did you re-tighten all the screws in the area of the magnet under the playfield or could something be rubbing/touching the magnet housing?

I always go simple before I go deep. I have made bigger problems myself, then came back to find out it was something ridiculous that I overlooked.

Quoted from yuriijos:

I must be missing something cause anytime I raise/lower my play field nothing touches the sides. It goes up and rests on the head then right back down, not a scratch??

Consider yourself lucky. I think it's very game specific. I have some games where nothing touches the sides, nice couple mm gap. Other games where it's pretty tight and I've chewed up a few nice inner art blades on the way up or down, that is until I bought these protectors...
