Does anybody have a set of the "eye" slingshot plastics or know where I can get them? I had them on my first machine, sold it, just got another and really want to add them.

Guys, how do I check the Doc Ock magnet? I've played loads of games and hit the Doc Ock target multiple times but the magnet never seems to work. The first time I owned this game it seemed to activate a lot....
Just took the glass off and hit the target multiple times, the magnet isn't working for sure...
Thanks
Quoted from manadams:Make sure the optos at entrance to Doc Ock are not dirty/working.
Optos register everytime. Checked all fuses, unless its not in the back box. All ok.
Quoted from DCFAN:I believe the fuse is F7, 4 amp slo blo. Did you take the fuse out of the board to test it with a meter?
You can also test the drive transistor Q3 to see if that is working.
Also, I believe the magnet test is in the Coil test under diagnostics.
Turns out it was the fuse holder itself. It was bent open a bit and not making full contact all the time. Bent the tangs in a bit and all is good now.
Quoted from Arcade:Got my missing web plastic installed by the shooter lane. Just had to punch out the rivets on the old L-brackets.
However 10 points off for the manufacturer packing in slotted screw heads. Arrrrgh, how do you even find slotted screws in this day and age?
Now for the other two plastics the brackets are welded to the ramps so I guess I would have to drill out the rivets, which is a lot of tedious work. Will probably put that off for awhile.
This is why I haven't ordered them. It looks like a major pita to drill out the rivets, etc. They do look nice though.
Quoted from Arcade:Nice.
Who sells the Spider-Man Eye slingshot covers?
I really wish someone would make more of these. I personally like the original "eye" plastics, one red and one black. I don't have the tools or the talent but id pay $50 for a set.
Quoted from Supersquid:I contacted the guy that made those, but he responded back saying he wasn't making them anymore. Hence, I had to make my own.
I think yours look great too but I'm big on the black/red split for the whole game. Id buy a set of yours, if its red on the left, black on the right. $50? I know others would buy them too...
Quoted from gweempose:Or better yet, get the blue webbed plastic protectors from Pinbits. They look fantastic on the game![quoted image]
They do, if you want to use the stock plastics that look like garbage.
Quoted from gweempose:I'm confused by this statement. They go underneath the original plastics, so you can pair them with any plastics you want.
Of coarse you could but they suit the original plastics a lot better. ( color wise )
I agree with Meegis on this. They do look amazing but are a pain if you have to work on the game. even to install my new sling plastics I had to remove them all to lift the playfield.
The other drawback is during multi-ball it makes it difficult to keep track of the balls as they completely cover the ramp.
That said, I generally suck at pinball anyway, so the look of them wins out.
