There are other threads regarding cloning Spike SD cards, but just wanted to confirm that it works the same way for Spike 2 games as well. I successfully cloned a Deadpool Pro and have included the basic info below.
I decided to clone the card just in case the SD card ever went bad so I would have an immediate replacement. I wanted to make sure I was able to at least get the game up and running again since it is out on route. Now, I cloned the card with the 0.85 software that came on the machine, so I'd have to install the latest update after inserting in the new card.
The original card that came in the game was a Class 10 Transcend 8GB HC SD card. I ended up getting a Class 10 Sandisc 16GB HC SD UltraPlus card. Bought this at Best Buy for $11. You probably can find this cheaper elsewhere, but I had a gift card for BB so I used it for this.
Download a copy of HDD Raw Copy (PC only) and use it to copy the image of the original SD card file to your computer. Then use it to copy the image from the computer to the new SD card.

There is a video on how to do this, so I won't go into that. But just wanted to let you know that the process works the same and the card type that is used for Spike 2 games, which may be different than Spike 1 games.
Here are a picture of the original Transcend 8GB SD card and the replacement SanDisk 16GB SD card.
