hey guys doing a munchkin PF cliffy right now, do you guys do pilot holes first? if so what size bit?
    asap responses really appreciated!

    Pilot holes are good
do test holes on a piece scrap to find the perfect size and don't drill too deep

thanks for the quick reply, am kinda nervous about putting a drill on my brand new 10k machine.

Put some tape around the drill shaft where you want it to stop as a visual guide

I used a #40 bit and like Bob said use tape wrapped around the bit so you dont drill too far. Set the tape and just over 1/4" and you're golden

Thanks to my buds Willie and Bob for stepping up even before I could and all the best, Chris.
