One small piece of my Indy 500 turbo scoop protector fell off today. I emailed Cliff to let him know, in case he's seen it before and might want to add some reinforcement. I told him explicitly I didn't want or need a new scoop or future discount, because the protector works just fine without this lip piece.
What do you think happened next?
He replied within 3 minutes, thanking me for letting him know, and told me he's sending out a replacement. He also suggested that I level the scoop with epoxy before installing the new scoop to avoid similar future problems.
I can't imagine better customer service than that. Cliffys are awesome, but, more importantly, Cliffy is awesome.
