    Quoted from TwoHeartedMale:

What a great show! Big shout out to all the staff and tournament team! Everything went extremely smooth! Extra big thanks to those who brought machines, truly a great pinball selection but hands down my favorite game was the MCI Airball. That game was so much fun, I cant believe how great it ran.

Proud to own that specific Airball. Long time friend and business partner Joe DeSalvo left the machine to me upon his passing 3 years ago. He knew how much my family enjoyed playing that machine and made a point to tell his wife that the machine would go to me should he pass. Joe and his father had been in the vending business for over 70 years. After selling his route in 1989, Joe focused his efforts on servicing other people's coin operated machines for the next 27 years. Joe was thee go to guy in Northern Ohio for those 27 years for arcade, pinball, jukebox, bowler, and any other coin operated machine repairs. For those of you who knew Joe like I did, he didnt just fix machines to get them working. He fixed everyone else's hack jobs and went through the entire machine to insure everything would run smoothly for years to come. The flying turns pinball at the show every year, courtesy of Mark Jenkins, is a constant reminder of the quality of work Joe put into every machine. Joe and I sold the machine to Mark years ago and Mark let's me know all the time how nicely it still runs. Never forget these great people that made the hobby what it was in the 80's and where it is today.
