Looks like Williams score reels. I would go on one of the websites that you can print the 0-9 numbers and print them on semi-gloss paper and double side tape them instead of trying to color them in. I’ve done it with Gottlieb score reels with great results
Kind of shocked none of the decal mod makers around here make stickers to put right over them.
Thanks
And yes, Williams Grand Prix
I've got the file on my website http://www.inkochnito.nl
Look in the Williams (red) section for score reel numbers.
There is a 3 inch and a 4 inch version.

So, some of my reels didn't need any new numbers, some needed 1 or 2, some needed a lot more. Because I didn't want to have some white reels, and some old yellowed, I had my sister print out your numbers on her Cricut and manually applied them were needed. Size isn't perfect, but it looks great! It just took a few nights sitting in front of the TV to apply them all.
The 9 is original, obviously. Everything else is replaced, including the background reel.
20200726_111443.jpgPain in the @$$ cleaning score reels. I am restoring a Williams puck bowler right now. I have 25 score reels to clean and I am a little over half way though them. I take a damp rag and remove the heavy dirt, then very very carefully clean them with Novus 2. I'm totally burnt out on cleaning these things though

Are you sure they are printed at 100% size?
I've had the reel in my hand when I made this file and matched up perfectly.
This kind of thing happens when you adjust the print to fit to page.
It really should be "do not adjust to paper size"...
I put a dab of Novus2 on the white area and go around the numbers with a Q tip. After getting that area clean I lightly rub a clean Q tip with no abrasive gently over the numbers. If the numbers have any stains I dab a minimal amount of Novus and gently go across numbers.

When using a Cricut, we had to convert it to a different format, so we had to play with it a bit trying to match it up. It only measures to 2 decimals and we were trying to get 3.
