    I clean nicotine and other gunk from plastics on EM's using Dow Scrubbing Bubbles. I spray the top and let it bubble, then wipe off with a paper towel. I then turn the plastic over, and use the wet paper towel to clean the underside. It works really well, with no scrubbing needed.

    I used water once and all of the white area washed away.
