What is the best way to clean dirt and grim from the backside (painted side) of an EM backglass without removing any more paint? Just water, dishsoap, solvents/cleaners, etc... Also, what is the best way to seal it once it is clean?

The best way is don’t. Triple thick if you know what you are doing.

If it's flaking, I don't touch it. Just seal it.

Otherwise, any time you touch it, more pain will flake off.
